Getting started.

  1. Click LOG IN/SIGN UP to create your MindBody account. You can access your account online and via the MindBody app. Every student must sign the liability waiver to gain access to class. If you have not done so, please do as we may ask you to leave in the middle of class if not completed. 

  2. Click "CLASSES" to browse our class schedule. We recommend Yin and Gentle Yoga for brand new students. All classes are beginner-focused with modifications offered throughout to challenge even the most expert yogi.

  3. Click "SIGN UP NOW" to reserve your spot in an upcoming class. At checkout, you can browse all of our available passes to complete your purchase. Please review selections carefully as all sales are final. Promotional codes must be applied prior to checkout. 

Pro tips:​

  1. Arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class to get settled. We provide mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags and more for your use, however you are welcome to bring your own props. 

  2. Remember to check in to every class, every time prior to entering the studio. New students may visit a front desk attendant. Existing students can use the Ipad kiosk or the MindBody App. Please note that students who check in via the app will be asked to verify their status upon arrival.

  3. Be on time, every time. Late access is prohibited. After a 5 minute grace period, access to classes will be denied. 

  4. Shoes, food, beverages (excluding water), loud noises and phone use are strictly prohibited. Keep valuables at home as the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  5. Mind your fellow students and keep phones off or in airplane mode. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and students may be asked to leave at teacher or studio discretion.


New Student Pass

Two weeks unlimited yoga. Pass excludes Aerial Yoga and workshops. Activates on date of purchase. No extensions or exceptions.
